Is Stone Hill pet-friendly?
Stone Hill Luxury Apartments is a pet-friendly community! We do not have any breed or weight restrictions. There is a maximum of 2 pets (dogs and/or cats) allowed per apartment. We have multiple doggy stations around the community, an open bark park for your dog to explore and even pet yards (in select apartments)!

Yes! There is open parking and we do have garages and carports available for an additional fee each month. Please reach out to the leasing office for more details.
How do I receive mail and packages?
Our mail center is located behind the leasing office, next to the dog wash station. To receive packages, be sure to sign up for our FREE Amazon Hub, located inside the fitness center. Contact the leasing office to get started.
What utilities do I need set up?
You are responsible for setting up electric and cable/internet. You get to choose your own electricity provider. Spectrum provides the cable and internet in our area. Water is submetered and you will pay for your actual usage. This will already be set up when you move in and your water bill will be conveniently added to your account each month.
What amenities does Stone Hill offer?
Stone Hill features a variety of resort-style amenities designed to enhance your lifestyle. Enjoy access to a 24-hour fitness center, walking trail, and the comfort of a gated community. Relax and unwind at the resort-style pool with poolside Wi-Fi, or gather with friends at the grilling island, picnic/BBQ area, or sand volleyball court.
The community also includes a playground, movie theatre, dog park, and a convenient pet washing station for your furry companions. For added convenience, residents have access to garage parking, carports, a stylish clubhouse, computer lounge, and a fully equipped business center, making it easy to stay productive from home.

Does Stone Hill host any resident events or activities?
Absolutely! At Stone Hill, community comes first. You can expect to be a part of events and activities at least once a month, where you’ll have the chance to meet your neighbors, and get to know the Stone Hill team.
How long does the application process take?
The application process typically takes between 24–72 hours, depending on how quickly we receive all required documents. Our team will keep you informed every step of the way!
Does Stone Hill offer flexible leases?
Stone Hill offers flexible lease contracts ranging from 9 to 13 months. Contact the leasing team for more information.
What can be submitted as a form of income?
We accept pay stubs (past 30 days), bank statements (past 3 months), W-2s, proof of school funding, Social Security income, a financial guarantee letter, or an offer letter. Talk to our leasing team if you’re unsure about your specific situation.
When is rent due? How do I pay rent?
Rent payments are due on the first of each month and considered late on the fourth day. You can pay rent through your Resident Portal with a debit/credit card or e-check.
Do we need Renter's Insurance?
Our company requires that all residents have $100k liability coverage. For your convenience, we offer a plan to fulfill this requirement. The cost for this plan is $17 per person over 18 per month. You may waive this coverage if you already have liability insurance through another provider however, you must submit a copy of your policy for review so we can ensure it meets our property requirements. Opting out of plan coverage and submission of an alternative policy must be done within our portal https://hra.confirminsurance.com/.
We also offer Personal Contents Coverage (PCON) for $5.50 per person per month. Though this is not mandatory, if you would like to waive this coverage you must opt out of the plan within our portal https://hra.confirminsurance.com/ppp-opt-out.
What is Boom?
Build your credit by paying your rent on time! Boom is a service that enables you to build your credit by simply paying your rent on time. This means no loans, no credit cards, and no high-interest rates. Pay your rent on time each month and Boom will take care of the rest. Please let the office know if you have any questions!
What is an RV Index?
The RV Index is a risk score based on several factors. It is an innovative move in qualifying criteria used to screen and qualify applicants and guarantors. By using this inclusive index opposed to our prior practice, we take a step toward future industry standards of fair practice. Depending on your property, an RV index of 40 or 50 will need to be achieved. Instead of just credit score and income, the index looks at several factors such as: 1. Payment history on all trade lines 2. Ratio of rent to income 3. Ratio of debt to income 4. Collections 5. Ratio of positive to negative credit lines.
How do I pay my rent?
Payments can be made online in your Resident Portal with an electronic check (automated ACH payment) or via credit card. Payments can also be mailed or dropped off in the office via check or certified funds.
Do you have emergency maintenance?
Yes, we have 24/7 emergency maintenance onsite. If you have a maintenance emergency, please call the office 512-990-7110 and press 3.
How do I put in a service request?
You can place a service request online or through the Resident Portal app. Click here to log into your Resident Portal and select MAINTENANCE to submit a service request. Download the RP (Resident Portal) App on Apple or Google Play Stores.
How do I renew my lease?
Please contact the office to begin your lease renewal, we have several lease term options to choose from. Thank you for continuing your stay at Stone Hill!
Can I transfer to another apartment?

What if I need to break my lease?
