Is parking available?

​Yes! There is open parking and we do have garages and carports available for an additional fee each month. Please reach out to the leasing office for more details.

How do I receive mail and packages?

​Our mail center is located behind the leasing office next to the dog wash station. Also, reach out to the leasing office to sign up for the FREE Amazon Hub, which is located in the fitness center to receive your packages.

Are you pet friendly?

​Yes! Stone Hill Luxury Apartments is a pet-friendly community! No weight or breed restrictions. We charge an affordable one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent.  Please reach out to the leasing office for more details. 

What utilities do I need set up?

​You are responsible for setting up electric and cable/internet.  You get to choose your own electricity provider.  Spectrum provides the cable and internet in our area. Water is submetered and you will pay for your actual usage. This will already be set up when you move in and your water bill will be conveniently added to your account each month.

Do you have emergency maintenance?

​Yes, we have 24/7 emergency maintenance onsite. If you have a maintenance emergency, please call the office 512-990-7110 and press 3.

What if I need to break my lease?

​Life happens and we understand. If you need to break your lease please contact the leasing office for more details. 

I’m moving out of town but I’d like to live at another Horizon community. What other cities are you located in?

How do I renew my lease?

​Please contact the office to begin your lease renewal, we have several lease term options to choose from. Thank you for continuing your stay at Stone Hill!

Can I transfer to another apartment?

​Absolutely! Please reach out to the leasing office for more details.

How do I pay my rent?

Payments can be made online in your Resident Portal with an electronic check (automated ACH payment) or via credit card. Payments can also be mailed or dropped off in the office via check or certified funds.

How do I put in a service request?

You can place a service request online or through the Resident Portal app. Click here to log into your Resident Portal and select MAINTENANCE to submit a service request. Download the RP (Resident Portal) App on Apple or Google Play Stores.

How is Horizon responding to Covid-19?

​Horizon has implemented new cleaning procedures within all of our communities nationwide. This includes sanitation of common spaces and amenities, reduced hours for deep cleaning, and social distancing guidelines. Prior to moving in, your apartment home will be professionally cleaned and sanitized. We are happy to explain all the unique actions our team is taking.
